Bolton residents who have registered their child’s details with Bolton Council will be sent an admissions information pack at the end of September 2016. You must wait for this pack before applying as it contains your child’s unique reference which will enable an on line application to be made.

If you have a child with a date of birth between 1 September 2012 and 31 August 2013 and you have not registered their details you must contact Pupil and Student Services on 01204 332143 / 332137 immediately.

Paper preference forms will be sent out on 1 December 2016 to those Bolton residents who have not completed an on line application.

The closing date for all applications is 15 January 2017.  If you apply after 15 January 2017 your application will be late and this may affect your outcome.

If you applied on line you will receive your offer by email on 16 April 2017.  You will also receive an offer letter by post.  If Bolton Council has not been able to offer you your preferred school you will also receive an appeal form.

Admission criteria 2017

The ‘Admission to Primary School’ booklet provides information to parents/carers regarding the admission criteria for each primary school. The booklet is available for you to view/download by clicking the relevant link below.

As the school is a designated Muslim faith school up to 30 places will be awarded as a priority to those children who meet the schools published faith criteria.  Parents seeking admission under the faith criteria must also complete the schools supplementary form.  The Supplementary Form is available for download by clicking here and must be returned to the school.

Special educational needs

If your child is undergoing a Statutory Assessment you will still need to complete an application for admission. For further advice contact the Inclusion and Statutory Assessment Service on 01204 332207.

Appeals

If you are not happy with the place you are offered by the Local Authority you can appeal. You will receive an appeal form in the post with your offer which will be posted out on 16 April 2016.
