Our Governance Structure ensures there are clear reporting lines and explicit requirements to ensure probity, good governance and outstanding performance.
Trustees focus on three core functions of governance: Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction; Holding the Principal to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff; Overseeing and ensuring effective financial performance
The board of trustees formally met 6 times during the 2023/24 academic year, for four full board meetings, and two extraordinary board meetings. Attendance during the year at meetings of the board of trustees was as follows:
