Our Governance Structure ensures there are clear reporting lines and explicit requirements to ensure probity, good governance and outstanding performance.
Trustees focus on three core functions of governance: ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction; holding the Principal to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff and overseeing and ensuring effective financial performance
The board of trustees formally met 4 times during the 2025/26 academic year, for four full board meetings, and one extraordinary board meeting. Attendance during the year at meetings of the board of trustees was as follows:
